Kim Michie makes cute yoga bags.  These bags look great with anything.  What sets Kim Michie yoga bags apart from the others is their luxurious fabrication and their impeccable workmanship.  These bags are fashionable and also strong enough to hold your yoga & pilates mats.   They are made with extra wide handles that are sewn with new & improved polyspun threads and added bar tack stitching for extra reinforcement.  They are fully lined with a contrast pocket inside.  The dimensions of the yoga bag are  31  1/2″ at the top,  26″ at the bottom  X  11″ high so they are very large and deep.  You can carry alot more than just a yoga mat and towel.  You can probably fit all your yoga accessories in there including yoga blocks, straps, etc…

The photo above shows the Apricot Fusion Bag with beautiful shades of apricot, cream, moss & tan.  A natural muslin lining, with natural handles & ties and a contrast pocket inside.

The bag below is the Balance Yoga Bag.  This pattern consists of a chocolate colored ground with moss colored dots woven in symetrically with a subtle horizontal, gold lurex thread running through it.  Moss colored lining, chocolate handles and ties and a contrast pocket inside.

I call the Yogoco Yoga Mat Bags snowman bags cause they look like fallen down snowmen from the side.  Like the Saka Unfur, there are no other yoga bags that look like these.  They are really cool looking but hang sort of odd on the hip.  They are fine on your back though, just a different feel.  The Yogoco bag fits and protects mats up to 26″ wide.  It’s got “end-to-end” ventilation to keep mats aired.  This is very important and I feel like most bags don’t have enough ventiliation.  I guess there’s a balance between form and functionality.   There is a separate section for yoga towel, t-shirt, etc.  and the large interior pocket fits wallets, phones and other personal items.  The Yogoco Yoga Mat Bag Eco-friendly and sustainable fabric.  I’m not exactly sure what that means.  Look at all the color choices below!

The Floral Fantasy Yoga Mat Bag colors are: floral on chocolate with chocolate brown interior and turquoise piping.

The Nirvana Pink Mat Bag colors are: Charcoal gray with charcoal gray interior and pink piping.

A yoga bag that the abominal snowman would love.  In fact, you wouldn’t even see it on it!

Another great looking yoga bag from Saka.  This one is like no other.  I don’t think there is anything else on the market like it.  Don’t worry guys, no animals were harmed in making this bag.  The Unfur bag from Saka is made from Italian faux fur which a nylon lining on the inside.   A simple, full functional and stylist bag.  My friend got this bag and I had the chance to try drive it.  It got so many comments from people where-ever I took it.  I think I got some nasty stairs too.  Yoga isn’t really associated with fur.  Anyway, it’s a great bag and definitely attracts attention.  The downside of the bag is that it has no room for anything else.  You’ll have to big your yoga accessories in a yoga tote.

This great looking semi polka-dotted yoga bag comes from Modern Union.   This is messenger bag with straps on the bottom to hold even your largest yoga mat.  I’m not a big fan of the yoga mat on the outside bags.  But they do have their advantages.  Your mat gets to dry out and not stink up the inside of your bag this way.  Also, if you have a nice looking mat, it’s a great way to show it off.  Finally, having the mat on the outside means there’s more room on the inside for your other yoga accessories.  Straps are also versatile and can be used to carry an umbrella, a sweater, or anything else you are toting around town.

One more thing, you can use this as just a messenger as its not limited to strictly yoga or pilates duty.
